These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Inner Phoenix online store and the purchase of our products. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Ordering & Payment
Some of our products are made to order, such as our personalised item called **"Your Moment’s Glow"**, while others are pre-designed or pre-made.
Once you complete your purchase on our website, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order number.
If you ordered **"Your Moment’s Glow"**, you must send us your image(s), text and your order number via email so we can begin production.
We accept payments through secure, third-party payment processors integrated into our website (e.g. Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe). Your payment details are not stored by us.
2. Personalised products – “Your Moment’s Glow”
This item is fully personalised based on the content you provide.
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, **personalised items are not eligible for return, cancellation, or refund**, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Please make sure that all information you send (including images, text, names, dates, and spelling) is accurate before submitting.
3. Non-personalised products
For all other non-customised products, you have the right to cancel or return your order within **14 calendar days** of receiving the item, in line with UK Consumer Rights.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

4. Delivery
We ship orders via Royal Mail or a similar courier service.
Estimated delivery time is typically **5–10 working days** from when we receive your custom content (if applicable) and all necessary order details.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors outside our control.
5. Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within **14 calendar days** of delivery.
We may request a photo of the item for verification. Depending on the issue, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
We do not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or customer error (e.g. sending incorrect spelling or image).
6. Use of website / Wix platform
Our online store is built and hosted using the **Wix.com** platform. Some services on our website – including checkout, payment processing, email communications, and cookie usage – are managed by Wix or its integrated partners (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Wix Payments).
By using our site, you also agree to **Wix’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy**, which may differ from our own and apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
